Top 3 Worst Rock Albums I Listened Too As Of 2010

Back then, my music libary wasn't very diverse. I had a very limited libary of music. Nowadays, I find myself doing music reviews and using up all the space on my small little mp3 player, so I gotta get a new mp3. When finding music, you can find amazing masterpieces like Metallica's Master of Puppets or Rage Against The Machine's self title album. Or, you could be misleaded into a pile of shit that will scar your ears for life. Now, I am going to list the top 3 WORST rock albums I listened too as of 2010.

3.
Linkin Park: A Thousand Suns(2010)

This is a awkward album, it's really hard to describe. There is a total of 15 Tracks. The lyrics are excellent in this album, and there are some high quality songs
on it. But the thing that plague's this album is that there is a total of 6 useless fillers. Yes, 6, I'm not kidding. Plus the sound coming from the instruments are kind of bad, like they focused on the lyrics the most. Read my full review of it here

2.
Metallica: St.Anger(2003)

Metallica is one of the most inspiring and best bands out there, and created masterpieces like Master Of Puppets, Ride The Lightning, Black Album, and more. Who would of thought they would of made...this? This album is just plain bad. James screaching vocals on some of the songs is hell to your ears, and the snare coming from Lars drums sounds like he is bashing trash cans, and is complete torture. On top of that, I can't help but feel that it sounds like it was recorded in a small cardboard box. Expect too see me review this album soon.

1.
Limp Bizkit: Results May Vary(2003)

This is just...just...wow. This is incredibly bad. The lyrics are the most dispicable I ever heard, the sound overall is lacking, the rapping is terrible, the singing is terrible, crap album cover, 16 tracks of torture, and a shit much more. This album should of NEVER been released. I mean, I'm having trouble on trying to find a song that I can like and can listen to several times. But hey, with the release of Gold Cobra hopefully coming soon in 2011, let's hope we see a massive improvement. Read my review of Results May Vary here.

A Memorable Christmas

I am going to remember this Christmas Day for a long time. It has been very exciting and fun.

First off, we all couldn't open the gifts until our aunt comes over and we all have lunch. So, I was very anxious to open the gifts for the past week or two. This
morning, I was forced awake to help potatoes for the Christmas feast. Aunt said she will come at 1 P.M. Unfortanetly, she was sick when we called her at 1:45 P.M.

What was messed up though is that I was all of a sudden not h
ungry, and didn't get hungry until recently. So, I couldn't eat the feast, but I did later. I wish I could of ate...WE HAD BADASS BREAD! And ham, ham is badass too. We had asparigus and stuff, but it dosn't count as anything cool. When It was the time, I can finally open my gifts. Here is what I got, I took a picture of each gift.

Cool Watch

Digital Camera(What I used too take the pictures)

South Park Season 13

4 GB Flash Drive

2 Wii Games I Never Heard Of That I Havn't Played Yet(Puzzle Kingdo
ms and a King Of Fighters Compilation)

Xbox 360 Recent Model with Kinect(Kinect Not Shown In Picture)

3 Kinect Games (Adventure, Excersize,
Dance)

Maplestory: LagStory

Before I continue talking about how much I dislike Maplestory, I would like to say, Merry Christmas Eve everyone. For some people it's Christmas Day. So, Happy Holidays.

Today I am going to focus on one of Big Bang's most biggest flaw, the lag. I mean, don't get me wrong, Maplestory was always laggy, but this...this is unspeakibly shockingly atrosiously DISPICABLE!! From what I noticed, the lag seems to only come from t
he Towns, which is where it's suppose to be safe.

I was in a channel, with little to NO people last night in Magatia, and it lagged so hard, it wouldn't even blink. That's how bad it is. When I was in Eldestein, Perion, and Lith Harbor, I noticed that whenever I go near Gaga, a NPC, the terrible lag will come up again, and I would have to be forced to shut down the game. If I walk away from him, then it goes back to normal speed.

So at the moment, I'm stuck in Magatia, with nothing to do but freeze and shut off the game. It begs the question...Is it Nexon's fault? Probably.

Anyways I was looking into some more changes in Big Bang. You can finally travel to Eldestein, which is good. I noticed that some of the monsters got their level heavily changed. Like, when I went too mp3 to train, I noticed that the little short blobby guys with the tube are Level 80. I went too Araint, to find that all the monsters are 70+! So, you could say that there is more training spots for 70-80 then just Windraiders.

Oh, by the way...they got rid of 2x EXP Cards. The hell! I mean, I understand that the new exp curve is all cool and stuff, I level four times, to find that everyone else leveled four times too, but why get rid of something people will BUY too give them an extra boost?!

So far, Big Bang is a mixed bag full of opinions. What will happen next?

Maplestory: More Resistance

I actually got Maplestory too actually work. Yeah, really! It's really excited...y'know...when you finally get a game to work. I clicked on it several times, then I went too play some other game, and then 3 hours later when I checked back on my laptop I saw the Maplestory login window and I'm like "Woah wtf". Spooky.

Scania..that server, it's still crowded as ever since Big Bang started. Well, it was always crowded, but not this crowded. Right when I log in into the least populat
ed channel(that's not saying much though), I go into Perion, where there is little people there. This is by far the worst lag bullshit I have ever seen in Maplestory. I walk around, going at like, 1 frame per second, trying to press the quit button, then Maplestory freezes and crashes! I tried logging in again and nothing. I click the icon again 2 hours later and BOOM! The Maplestory window pops up. What...the hell.

I wanted to check this whole Resistance thing out. I looked at how populated the channels were in Scania and I'm like "Man the hell with that shit". So I choose one of the n
ew servers, I don't remember the name, and I don't care. I chose the least populated channel and went to the naming character screen.

One thing I noticed is that they added more diversity too the Beginer
customization. Back then in Maplestory, there was very little customization, so all Beginers (a.k.a "Noobs") looked pretty much the same, and it was easy to pick out which people were new and one's who weren't. You can give your character a broken sword, metro hair, Male 6 Eyes(Dead serious), more clothes, etc. If you look at the title card, of the guy saying "I LOOK KEWL", that is how my character turned out. Dead serious. So now it will be hard to find the difference between "noobs" and others.

The story(yes, there is a story), you start off near this Mine place in E
ldestein. You and your friends go play hide and seek. You have to find them, and it turns out there terrible at hiding, in my opinion. You continue to look for more people, and you go into this Cave, which turns out too be a lab runned by the Black Wings, who work for the Black Mage.

You wind up finding a bunch of people in these...containers? This girl tells you to get out before you get caught, then two of the Black Wings member's come out, the proffesor, which I'm guessing is running the lab, and some dude who has a big head. This alarm goes off, and they run off. You break the girl out, which I found confusing...how did he/she/I get her out? You escape, too get spotted by Big Head. Uh Oh?

So he threatens to harm you and stuff. To prove this, he splits your HP in half...without moving or doing anything. Wow...that's stupid. Then this dude under the name J comes in out of nowhere and saved you and the girl's life. He's this member of the Resistance, a group fighting against the Black Mage. You want to join, but you have to be Level 10. So you get warped to Eldestein, the main area, where you do quests.

Too prove that you are cool enough to join Resistance, you gonna bash walking plants and collect leafs and shit. After that, you have to fight WALKING GRAPE JUICE BOTTLES.

"Prove your a man! Beat up Grape Juice bottles!"

Once I was done bashing Grape Juice Bottles, you have to go too this Bear looking dude. He tells you to put up a flier near the Free Market. If it was IN the Free Market, it would be suicide. As I was walking to the right, the lag at 1 frame person second happened, and then Maplestory stopped working and crashed, once again. Now, I can't get in, even as I talk. Beutifull.

Maplestory: Resistance

So...Big Bang has been out for a while. Before I start talking about it, Just take a look at how damn crowded it is. I already knew that Maplestory was crowded as it is, but this...this is just...wow...holy shit. Now, here is Maplestory with it dramaticly LESS crowded.

Sad. Anyways, let's talk about Big Bang itself. I havn't been able to play it through and check out ALL the changes, because I don't care. I would like to compliment that Nexon did a damn good job at managing Big Bang...in most area's. Maplestory has a cleaner and slick look to it, there are some new options and stuff, but It obviously takes time to get used too. For example, in the origonal, all you had to do to whisper someone was click the little "Too All" chat button, change it too whisper, then type in the persons name. Now, you have to go to buddy list, highlight the person, click whisper, then type your message too them.

One thing I noticed right off the bat is the new EXP curve. From what I heard, you could level in like, minutes. All my friends, who were in there level 70's and stuff, are not in their level 90's and shit. Wow. Too be honest, I don't like the exp curve. They lowered the exp and raised the level of monsters, so, are you ACTUALLY getting better exp, or did they just lower the amount of EXP needed to level?

They added some new maps and stuff. Where Sleepywood is, there is a six way pathway with some giant beanstalk shit. By climbing up this Beanstalk, you can fly too Orbis and Ereve. At the top, is this portal that I guess takes you too this new map called Eldestein, which I'm guessing has something to do with the Resistance. I tried entering the portal, but it's broken. BUT, they still had the nerve too show off the map in the Maple World.

"Oh check out this Map? Yeah, it's cool. New stuff. You wanna visit it? WELL PISS OFF YOU CAN'T"

Well V.94 came out, I downloaded it, the patcher crashed two times. I used it again, had to redownload everything, then it finally started. They added the Battle Mage and Wild Archer of the Resistance. They probably made Eldestein availible. Unfortanitly, Maplestory crashed, and now I can't get it and play. Whenever I would start it up, I would get this:

"You Have Been Nexon'd"

Hold up, I got a question about the servers. Ok, they added three, BRAND new server's. They made a whole PATCH that changed Maplestory that they worked on for months. People constantly waste their money and spend NX. Now...WHY DON'T THEY USE THAT MONEY TO ADD MORE CHANNELS TO POPULATED SERVERS?

I think it's all starting to make sense now. The Big Bang and all these new classes are supposed to please us Maplers and make us happy. They are trying to cover up their own mistakes that they made, like all the rollbacks and stealing money from little boys by setting up virtual items. Nexon hasn't changed...their still the same. With all these error messages and Maplestory crashing.

Just wait, next thing you know, there will be a rollback, loss of NX, more haters. Then Mechanic will come out, probably overpowered, and then more people will complain about Nexon. The server's will crash, probably Scania first, because everyone will be into Mechanics.
They...they just want the money. Just wait, they will show their true selves again.

Christmas Stories: Gamecube

It's just four more days until the big day, where we can finally open our gifts and celebrate. If you look around, you can see people getting into the holiday spirit. They are airing Christmas specials on TV, There are people saying "Happy Holidays" on the street too strangers. I'm wearing a Santa hat at the moment. Today, I am going to take you back too one of my most memorable Christmas mornings, it was when I was a little kid, I was around 8 or 9 at the time.

During this time, I had a Sega Genesis too keep me entertained. I would sit on my ass and play Sonic The Hedgehog for hours, or watch people play it. However, since it is a very old console, it broke down, and no other store obviously dosn't offer Genesis. So all I had left was my old Gameboy Color and the Gameboy Advance, the old model.

I remember I would write these letters to "Santa" and then ask my mom to mail them. I asked for a puppy, but I knew my parents don't ever want a puppy, because they don't like pets, and...they still do. I asked for a Dreamcast(Yeah, I'm old school) because it was made by SEGA, and I heard about Sonic Adventure and stuff. I didn't get a Dreamcast until 7 months ago from today, where I bought one off of Brandon for 10 frickin' bucks. Totally worth it.

I woke up too the sound of this orchestra music coming from the TV. I ran too the the LivingRoom, where I found a black box. This box, was the first time, I layed eyes on my Nintendo Gamecube. With it, was a collector's edition of The Legend Of Zelda.
I then eventually found out it was made by Nintendo, which also made the Gameboy Color and Advance, and I was like "OMG YAYYYYY!!!". I brought it into my bedroom and just played all day. The collecor's edition came with a 20-minute Demo of Wind Waker, which kind of pissed me off that it was a demo, but it still kept me entertained. It also came with the origonal Legend of Zelda, The adventure of Link, Ocarina of Time, and Majora's Mask, which drove me insane of how hard it was, and still does.

When it was my bed-time, I fell asleep. I woke up the next morning, to find my Gamecube GONE! I then went too the Livingroom, too find out, that my parents were up all night, trying to beat Ocarina Of Time. I didn't beat Ocarina of Time until a year ago from today from getting sidetracked, but that's not the point.

Too this day, I still have that Gamecube, sitting in my room. I still play with it occasionally, bringing back memories, and making me feel like a kid again. That's what Christmas does. Memories, that will last forever.

Maplestory: The Warning

I should of stopped. I really should of. But no, I had to be a punk and kept playing it.

Recently this patch came out on Maplestory called "Big Bang". It made several dramatic changes to the enviormant, the monsters, the layout, etc. So this is technicly the new Maplestory. However I can't help but think. Something, it's missing. Is it the charm of the old Maplestory?

I already mentioned how I quitted 2 times already. I talked about my whole story. Over time, I cooled down on my hate towards maplestory, making all these videos and imagepack bullshit. But with the release of Big Bang, all those terrible memories are coming back. I hate it very much now.

Back then in Maplestory, there were few classes, but it worked. Now we get all this overpowered crap. I mean sure, they balanced it out, but then there's going to be Mechanics and they got a frickin drill and shit! One thing I hate the most about Maplestory is the new EXP curve.

Ok, too get too level 73, and level 73 again, it took me a whole year. Now people can do that in days! The hell man! I worked, so mother****ing hard to get that f****ing far in this bullshit f**** "game" that promises to be f****ing good after all the f****ing shit it put me through for the past year.

YOU KNOW WHAT? AFTER QUITING 2 TIMES, I HAD THE NERVE TO COME BACK. But...why? Well, I have made many friends that I became very close with. Thats what makes me come back, the friends. It's the only way to communicate with them. But then when I see them, I will have thoughts of leveling and stuff, but I can't.

Let's set my online friends aside. I wonder why i play Maplestory, I have a life. I'm talented in many things and is somewhat popular at school. I have many friends who look up too me and willing to back me up. If I EVER mentioned I play Maplestory, I'm ruined. The MMO Drug is still spreading and slowly destroying the things I love. I cannot quit, I will come back. I cannot complete the game, as I have a life. WHAT DO I DO?!

Music Review: Limp Bizkit

Limp Bizkit is a Rap Metal/Nu Metal/Alternative Rock band from Jacksonville, Florida. They have been in several controversies, but let us just set that aside and focus on the music in general. Limp Bizkit released a total of four studio albums, and were going to plow through all of them.

Three Dollar Bill, Yall$(1997)

Three dollar bill is the band's debut album. Compared too their other work, it is very heavy, with its intense screaming and stuff. The screaming sometimes makes the songs hard to understand, but the sounds coming from the instruments redeems the song(s).

1) Intro: "You gotta kill the pollution of satan, brother". This is the intro too the album, which leads to the song pollution. ?/10

2) Pollution: The songs lyrics are kind of hard to understand with its intense screaming and such. Near the end of the song, it breaks down with screaming of "bring that beat back" or something around those lines. It's a great way to end a song, and too start off the album. This, in my opinion, is the best song on the album, and one of the best songs from Limp Bizkit. Its also my most overplayed. 9.5/10

3) Counterfeit: This is an ok song, not my favorite. 8.3/10

4) Stuck: The lyrics are still kind of hard to understand. The line i remember is "All i wanted was a pepsi". Then i heard "**** in **** in **** in so deep." 6.8/10

5) Nobody Loves Me: "NOBODY LOVES ME! M
aybe I'm growing worms". The heck? The song ends with "do do do do do do..." over and over again, kind of making you sleepy. 7.4/10

6) Sour: This song mentions a three dollar bill, so the title of the album is heard here. 5.9/10

7) Stalemate: I underplayed this son
g a bit, but I like it. 6.3/10

8) Clunk: "CLUNK! CLUNK! Clu-Clu-CLUNK!". This is an od
d one. One part of the song is rapping, and the other is some weird speach about kids. 5.8/10

9) Faith: This is a cover of a song that I don't know of. The song is split up in 2 parts I think, one is the cover, and the other is some rapping. It's pretty cool. 7.8/10

10) Stink Finger: The line I remember the most from this song is "YOU GOT YOUR HEAD
UP YOUR ASS!" then "Stinky fingah" in some awkward voice that made me laugh for some reason. 6/10

11) Ind
ingo Flow: "GOD I LOVE YOU!!". This song is kind of cool. 7.5/10

12) L
eech[Demo Version]: This song is some rapping, that I seem to forget easily. 5.8/10

13) Everything: This song is extremly hard to listen to entirly, since it is 15 minutes and it is just some freestyle stuff. Very meh and disapointing. 3/10

Overall: 6.7

Significant Other(1999)

This album is much different then Three Dollar Bill. The screaming is toned down too little to none. It has some of the most memorable songs from Limp Bizkit, so in my opinion, it is their best album.

1) Intro: Some weird intro. This is hard to describe. ?/10

2) Just Like This: I have no idea what this song is about. It's still a good song to start off the album. 8/10

3) Nookie: What the hell is a nookie? Well, it means sex, or something around those lines. This is the first Limp Bizkit song I heard, and I really liked it. The ending is where Fred breaks stuff, which leads to the next song which is um...break stuff. 9.5/10

4) Break Stuff: "It's all about that he-said she-said bullshit...I think you better quit talking that shit, or you will be leaving with a fat lip". This is the song too listen too on a Monday where you gotta go too school. 9/10

5) Re-Arranged: This is one of the more softer songs. I usually skip over this one. 6.9/10

6) I'm Broke: From what I think, this song is about someone who lose
s their job and is broke, and people think they are a bum. There is a interlude that seems to be a phone message, and the guys sounds like he is trying to rapping. 8.7/10

7) Nobody Like You: This song is kind of boring, in my opinion. 6.9/10

8) Don't Go Off Wandering: This one is still a little boring. 7.2/10

9) 9 Teen 90 Nine: I have no idea what this song is about. I know 9 teen 90 nine means 1999 which is the year the album was made, but...I don't know. 7.1/10

10) N 2 Gether Now: This one is more rap based. I like it. 8.4/10

11) Trust: This one is pretty cool. I like this one too. 8.2

12) No Sex: This song is extremly smart and clever. "I should of left
my pants on this time". 8.5/10

13) Show Me What You Got: Eminem is mentioned somewhere in this song. Other then that, It's just some rapping. 6.5/10

14) A Lesson Learned: This is one of the more softer songs. I don't like it. 6/10

15) Outro: The outro is pretty similar to the intro. At the end, there is this speech of how the band shows great hatred toward stuff that gets put on the radio. I couldn't agree more. ?/10

Overall: 7.7

Chocolate Starfish And The Hot Dog Flavored Water

This is the king of worst album title's. Chocolate Starfish And The Hot Dog Flavored Water. Plus the cover...WHAT WERE THEY THINKING? Well, Choclate Starfish means "Asshole", as the singer, Fred Durst, is often called an asshole. Hot Dog flavored water? There were water beverages that had odd flavors. So yeah, thats the reason for the odd name. As for the cover, it shows a bunch of aliens in hot dogs. I have no comment.

1) Intro: In some robotic alien voice, it says "Who's in the house? Limp Bizkit is in the house". ?/10

2) Hot Dog: Wow. Fred says the F word over 45 times. I'm impressed. But the song is kind of lame. 7/10

3) My Generation: This is a cool and very catchy song. 8/10

4) Full Nelson: The song actually kind of reminds me of their debut, with its screaming. "LET'S BURN THIS MOTHERF****ER DOWN!" 7.4/10

5) My Way: There is something about this song that sounds strickingly familiar, like I heard it before, or is it just me? Either way, it's a cool song. 8.2/10

6) Rollin'(Air Raid Vehicle): Probably the most popular song off the album. 8.8/10

7) Livin' It Up: This song has several referances too their previous work, as it mentions a three dollar bill(first album) and he-said she-said bullshit(break stuff) 6.
8/10

8) The One: Boring. Really. 4.8/10

9) Getcha Groove On: This song is more centered on rap. 7/10

10) Take A Look Around: I usually skip over this one. 5.6/10

11) It'll Be OK: This is a pretty mediocore song. 5/10

12) Boiler: This has some screaming in it, but other then that, nothing too special. 6/10

13) Hold On: This is also pretty mediocore. 4/10

14) Rollin'(Urban Assault Vehicle): FINALLY! SOMETHING AWESOME. You can say this is the 2nd part too Air Raid Vehicle, and htis is more rap focused, where you can't notice any guitars. 8.6/10

15) Outro: This is the last track on the album, and is the longest, at 9 minutes. You hear people laughing and joking about stuff. ?/10

Overall: 6.7

Results May Vary

I heard alot of shit about this album. Now, let us take a look at the cover. It shows Fred screaming with a green background. What a stupid cover. It looks like it was rushed in Photoshop in five minutes. But I finally found out the meaning of it. This will be your reaction when you listen too this album. The green is that if your ears could throw up, they would. This album, is a messed up rotten piece of shit. If someone collected dog poo, and then dropped it in a toilet and recorded the plops, that would be better then the sound of this filthy piece of disgrace. Well, justice needs to be done, I must review this album. It won't be easy.

1) Re-Entry: This is the intro too the album, where this kid asks "what is it" and the person says it is "Limp Bizkit" ?/10

2) Eat You Alive: This is a kind of cool song, the lyrics could be better though. 6.3/10

3) Gimme The Mic: Not too bad of a song overall. 5.8/10

4) Underneath The Gun: This is a mediocore song, I don't like it. 4.3/10

5) Down Another Day: Meh. 3/10

6) Almost Over: The song actually gets better as it goes on. 6/10

7) Build A Bridge: If you actually pay close attention to this song, its actually kind of moving. 5.7/10

8) Red Light Green Light: This is painful. Really. 2.5/10

9) The Only One: This is even worse then Red Light Green Light! AHHH MAKE IT STOP!! 1.5/10

10) Let Me Down: No comment. 1.4/10

11) Lonely World: Someone PLEASE STOP DA MUSIC!! 2/10

12) Phenomenon: I can't understand this shit. First Fred is talking about feeling horny and now talking about the end of the world?! WHAT THE H? 2/10

13) Creamer(Radio Is Dead): .... 2.5/10

14) Head of The Barricade: This is prime example of why the band needs Wes. 3/10

15) Behind Blue Eyes: Hmmm...this is an odd one, but I...kind of like it. 4.5/10

16) Drown: YES! THE LAST TRACK. I'M SO HAPPY! Anyways, its another crap song. 2/10

Overall: 3.5

Christmas Planning

Yes! I am on winter break. That means, no school for 15 days, and I can finally have the time to sit down here and write about stuff!

Did you know it's just one week until Christmas Day? That's right, the day jesus was born...or to some other people, the day you open your presents. Several days ago my family said that they won't put presents under the tree until I do, because I am the youngest. Thats what we do every year, the youngest has to put down the first present.

I got my dad a pair of earphones, and it isn't the kind that sucks, it's Sony, and Sony kicks ass. He has a CD player, but no earphones, and it's been like that for about 3 months. I got my mom two perfumes bottles. I know she likes mango smells, so I get her something around that and some other bottle that I forgot of. My sister has this perfume she uses that smells very strong and very very VERY MEHHHH! I share a room with her, and whenever she sprays it, it sticks in the room and the dreaded smell goes onto my side, and I feel like I am sufficating and have to leave the room.
So I don't ever wanna smell this perfume ever again. I was looking around the store for her perfume, so then I went up too the counter and asked what to get. The lady said that some of the products were sold out, and aparently someone stole the test samplers, which is really low and stupid. You know, this lady might of thought i was high or probably a queer for asking for perfume. You don't usually see a 14 year old boy ask for perfume.

So she reccomended me this bottle of perfume by Britney Spears. My sis used to like her, and loves perfume. Put that together? Man...she will love it. All these gifts in total costed about 40-50 bucks that I used from my secret briefcase that holded $250 worth of cash too save up for a Nintendo 3DS when it comes out in March. I have plenty of time, so I'm not worried about being low on money when it comes out, whatever the price will be.

I don't know what I got for Christmas, but I have to wait. Just one more week until the best morning of the whole year.

Poem 7: War and Peace

This is a poem I held back on releasing onto my blog. I was a little bit unhappy with the first version of the poem. Now, it went through some major changes. The first version had a more violent theme to it, the second version was cheesy and stupid, so here is the third one.

"Soliders marching
One by one
Life or death
Prepared for worst

Hell yeah
Let me see
Those fists in the air
We won't back down

Hell no
Well smack them down
Fire our guns
Gernades flying
up and down

We arrive
At enemy's base
Too find
A white flag
Breezing through the air

We dropped our guns
And thought that
We were contributing too
the conflict
War is not the answer"

Poem 6: Distance

Here is another poem I wrote for a special friend. It's about trying to see them in person in forever and you can only think about it, as it seems it can never happen.

"Distance
It's what
Splits us from
Seeing each other

You will be
there waiting
Day through night
Too see me

I will travel
The dangerous seas
Across the stars
Beyond the galexy
Across the steep mountains
Just too see your smile

I will be there someday
It may be an eternity
Or a fantasy
But I will try

Crap Weather

DO NOT WORRY. MY COMPUTER IS STILL ALIVE. This post is going to be somewhat related to my crap days post from November, which involves rain.

Two things I hate very much in the world is rain and wind. Wind messes with my eyes and hair, and rain messes with my mood, clothes, hair, etc. What happens when you combine them together? I get very pissed. I grew up and live in a place where there is alot of rain, sure, but this year, it's going overboard.

On Monday it was rain with harsh rain and some thunder. If you read my early posts, I have to take 2 frickin' metro buses to get to school everyday. When I opened the door I was like "Man F that shit" then closed the door. I asked for a ride from my parents, and I luckily got one. But they wouldn't let me get a ride until I answered history questions and DRAW A MAP OF AFRICA.

You think that was bad? The whole week, it was raining. Right now it's raining. Why does the weather have to be such shit. Here is the current forcast when I looked it up
During the morning it's extra cold, rainy, and muddy. With the amount of homework I'm piled in, it getting dark outside at 4 P.M, and lack of sleep, I have been feeling a little bit depressed recently. It would be nice if the sun could come out, at least once?

The End Of #3? Part 2

Edit: If you havn't read part 1 of my recent computer crisis, It's here

Wow. My computer is still standing. That's not saying much, it's on life support...it's on the edge, about to fall off.

I already discussed about that stupid black background that acuses of my copy of windows that it is not genuine. But now, I'm digging deeper into the proble
m. My laptop had black boxes over all my icons. That's not good, because my background is black. Why does everything have to be blank?! However, after doing some research, I was able to fix this problem. I have to set my computer display settings to 16 bit, restart, then change it back to 32 bit. It will force the icons to go back to their origonal state. Black boxes, done.

I'm digging deeper into the Genuine problem. It says "Windows Vista (TM), Build 6002, This copy of windows is not genuine". So it is acting like my product key expired or I havn't activated it ever. What a piece of shit. So then I'm like "Ok sure, I'll activate it again". I have to type in a 25 digit product key. In Windows, their is 2 versions of product keys that I know of. There is the one that is assigned in your computer, and the one that is on the sticker of the back of your computer.

BUT! I looked at my sticker. This laptop is like 2 years old, so the sticker is faded out, and I can't read any of the characters. If you look at the title card, there is a black box next too my keyboard. Yeah, the sticker is like that, except worse. Oh joy. I went online to search for answer on how to find your product key. I downloaded a total of 4
different product key finders. Yes, 4. I started them up, and I got a 25 digit code. I copy and pasted that code into the activation thing(slui) and I got THIS.

Out of all 4 of the key finders, it dosn't show the one that's on the sticker?!?!?!? You got to be joking me. I don't know what phone number to call for this problem, and I know that their gonna ask for my product key. What am I going to do?!

Also, my display moniter has been screwing up. I keep getting messages that my display moniter failed, but was recovered. My laptop is starting to black out even more. Whenever it blacks out, it refused to start up for several minutes, and my moniter makes white flashing several times. I went too get a diagnostics report using a program. Unfortinatly, I can't post it here because it is too long. But what I got was Validation code 50, Invalid Liceanse.

The exterior of my computer is pretty messed up with its faded stickers and crap. My right button on the laptop is stiff. Sometime's it works, sometimes it dosn't, so I have to use a spare USB mouse. Recently my caps key got so stiff that it just broke off. What...the hell. Now I have to press this tiny little white button too turn caps lock on.

I know I'm complaining alot, but it's really a problem. This is my 3rd laptop, there is no excuse.

No fudging excuse.

Maplestory: Bosses Around Victoria Island(VIDEO)

If you seen my last video, It was 8 minutes long, months of effort put into, and powerful meaning behind it. It deserves the title of being my best video too date and one of the best of Food Court Productions. However, some people found it too be a bit confusing, unless if you read my early 3-part(or just the 2nd) Maplestory posts, then you would understand.

Now, it's time to do something more simple. I travel around Victoria island, looking for all the spawn bosses. This is my shortest video, and probably my weakest, so don't expect something incredible. One of my best maplestory buddies, XxBlade15xX(Or better known as XxHunter15xX in the intro) plays a big role in this.

Speaking of Maplestory...the classic old Maplestory is going away. Yeah, this patch called Big Bang is coming out and is going to fix up Maplestory(hopefully). I'll look into this when it comes out.

Anyways, here's the video, enjoy. Only people with link can view it, as usual.

Music Review: Linkin Park

I've been planning this review for a long time. Linkin Park is very special too me. I grew up listening to them as a little kid. They are a Nu Metal and Rap Metal band...but now, I don't know what their music is classified as. But first off, let's start off with their first album.

Hyrbid Theory(2000)

This is where it's at. Hyrbid Theory is often considered to be Linkin Park's best work, and for many reasons. It made Linkin Park go into mainsteam success, helped made the Rap Metal genre more radio friendly, and is one of the best selling albums of all time. I mean sure, when it first came out, it got some mixed reactions, but it's still an incredible work, no matter what people say.

Papercut: A great way too start off the album. I don't know what the song has to do with papercuts...but who cares about the name. This is one of Linkin Park's bests. 9.5/10

One Step Closer:
"SHUT UP WHEN IM TALKING TO YOU! SHUT UP. SHUT
UP. SHUT UP. SHUT UP!!!!!!" You gotta love Chester's screaming near the end of the song. It's cool. 9.2/10

With You:
Not my favorite song on the
album. 8/10

P
oints Of Authority: One of the highlights from the album. For some reason, this reminds me of elections, where people give false speaches and think their right, but wind up getting outvoted. 9.8/10

Crawling:
Not my favorite on the album, but its alright. 8.4/10

Runaway: An amazing son from the song. It shows Chester's iconic screaming, like in One Step Closer. Song reminds me of a kid who lives in a household were he isn't allowed to live his dreams, so he runs away and is free. 9.3/10

By Myself:
This song takes some time to get used too, but then you start realizing what the lyrics mean and all that. 8.8/10

In The End:
Wh
at can be said about this song? It is one, if not, their most popular and well known song. Epic. 10/10

Place For My Head:
Starts off with rapping, then later on you hear screaming. Wow, what a dramatic change during the song's course. 9.5/10

Forgotten:
My favorite song off the album. Right when you press that play button, you hear the lyrics.
No, there isn't some opening or anything. Press play, BOOM! "FROM THE TOP TOO THE BOTTOM!". At exactly 2 minutes is my favorite part. 10/10

Cure For The Itch:
"MRRRRRRRRRR HUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUN!!!". I'm guessing this song is just the DJ going freestyle on the turntable. 9/10

Pushing Me Away: Sadly, all albums have to end. This song is an OK way to end off the album. 8.8/10
Overall: 9/10

Meteora(2003)

This is the album that got me into Linkin Park. Hell, it's the album that got me into ROCK! Being the first album I owned and first rock music I ever listened too, Meteora plays a significant role in my childhood. Meteora is also an amazing album. It's a little bit more different then Hyrbid Theory. It had much more darker lyrics, and uses more instruments, like the flute.

Foreward: So you hear this ticking sound and then breaking glass for 15 seconds as an intro. I don't know what that's about...?/10

Don't Stay:
You can immediately tell that there are much darker lyrical style as soon as you listen too this song. This song brings b
ack so much memories of me being a little punk. 9.6/10

Somewhere I Belong:
Another great song from the album. Yet more dark lyrical stuff. 9.3/10

Lying from You:
"NO, NO TURNING BACK NOW!" For some reason, this song reminds me of runaway, I
don't know. Probably because theirs alot of screaming in this one. 9/10

Hit Th
e Floor: "You think you won, but then its all gone...now its all gone". This song has a great intro, and is a amazing song overall. 9.8/10

Easier To Run: Ok now this song REALLY reminds me of runaway. I don't know why. Like, the song sounds like a part 2 version of runaway. Even the names of the songs sound similar. This song makes me think of someone after running away, and regretting doing it. 9.4/10

Faint: My favorite song off the album. I actually used this song in my Spirit of Rock video. Song makes me think of someone who has been ignored for too long and finally snaps. 10/10

Figure.09:
Another one of my favorites off the a
lbum. This song makes me think of someone who hates another person so much, it consumes them. 9.5/10

Breaking the Habit:
Probably the darkest song on the album, well, I don't know. Maybe. This song has an amazing epic opening, and the
n its just a overall amazing song. 10/10

From The Inside:
Song kind of reminds me of Lying From You, or maybe it's just me? 8.8/10

Nobody's Listening:
Ok this song REALLY makes me think of Place For My Head because it starts off with rapping. 8.3/10

Session:
This is a song that has no lyrics whatsoever. However, it has a strange dark atmosphere too it that cannot be described, which makes it such
a great song. 9.2/10

Numb:
Yet again, all great albums have to come to an end, and we end it with one of the best songs on the album. 9.5/10

Overall: 9.2Minutes To Midnight(2007)

This album is often considered to be the band's downfall, calling their music "Crap" and saying that their "sellouts". We all have to realize that there is a difference between being "sellouts", and experimenting with different music. I would also like to point out that from this point on, Linkin Park became more distant from their origonal Work/Style. Also, this and A Thousand Suns have cussing, as their older work had very little to none.

Wake: This is the intro too the album. It's not too bad, I guess. 8/10

Given Up:
There is some clapping(?) in the song. THe highlight is the screaming near the end of the song, that lasts for like 14 seconds. DAMN! 9/10

Leave Out All The Rest: I used this in my Getting To Level 73 Maplestory video actually. I say this is the best song on the album, and one of the best songs ever from Linkin Park. 10/10

Bleed It Out:
With a song name like
bleed it out, you would expect some hardcore dark material. But actually, it's...happy sounding, with all its cheering and clapping. 8.3/10

Shadow Of The Day: Ok now this just sounds like something you would hear when your VERY bored or sleepy, well thats at least for the intro. I used this song in my Ghost Ship PQ Maplestory video, as the intro before I go inside and fight the boss. Not until I listened to it in great detail, I found out this is actually a very beutifull song. 8/10

What I've Done:
I remember playing this song on Guitar Hero:World Tour. During that time I didn't own this album. When I
was listening too it I was like "WTH this is Linkin Park?" and kept on screwing up on the notes because I was shocked. This, was the first time, I witnessed Linkin Park's new style. But because of how it has dark lyrics, like in Meteora, I eventually got over it. 9/10

Hands Held High: Um...what the hell? 5.5/10

No More Sorrow:
I wish I could like this song but...I can't. 6.5/10

Valentine's Day:
This song starts off a little "MEH", but it thankfully gets...better? Yeah, better. 8/10

In Between: This is one of those soft songs, and sounds like some sort of apology song. 7.3/10

In Pieces: A song that I actually liked. However, I played it too many times, and now I'm sick of it. 8.7/10

The Little Things Give You Away:
The longest song off the album, and is a acoustic. Very soft, very mellow. 4/10

Overall: 7.6

A Thousand Suns(2010)

A while ago I did a review of A Thousand Suns when I listened too the whole album. If you read it, I showed great disgust and hatred toward this album. Now that I listened to it a few times, I can explain it in further detail, and give it the review it deserves. Once again, Linkin Park changes their style, but this one goes way way WAYYYYYYY farther from their older style.

A Thousand Suns is a concept album about nuclear warfare, the name A Thousand Suns refers to a nuclear bomb. The album is suppose to be listened to as a whole, all the songs tell a different story. The genre in this album is unlike anything I can describe. It dosn't feel like rock, and it has techno stuff in it, and it talks about warfare. You can say this is a "Political Technical Rock album". Or you can just say "Unclassifable".

The Requiem: So this is the intro too the album. The vocals used in this one is unlike anything I can describe. It dosn't sound like Chester OR Mike. It sounds like Glados from Portal. You hear lyrics that sound oddly familiar too The Catalyst(Later in the album), then you hear a ticking 5, 4, 3, 2, then 1. This leads too the next song 4/10

The Radiance: Woah what the hell? A second filler intro. The voice in this are COMPLETLY different from Requium. I'm guessing they are using some sort of voice box or something. I don't know. The song gets louder and louder as it goes on. This song makes me think of the president announceing the a war or something. It really gets you pumping. 7/10

Burning In The Skies: YES! FINALLY A SONG. Ok, with a name like "Burning In The Skies", you expect some badass song, just the name sounds awesome. I guess you can say that this is the part where people react in shock too the war. Lyrics are excellent, but the intrument notes could be better. 7/10

Empty Spaces: A 18 second clip of footsteps and shooting while someone shouts commands? WTF? You could say this is the soliders entering the enemy's teritory. 2/10

When They Come For Me: Aaaah this song is so catchy. "TRY TO CATCH UP MOTHER*****". This is mostly Mike singing/rapping here. I really like this. You could say this is when they are about to round up people for internment camps or something. 9.5/10

Robot Boy: Ugh...this is painful. The lyrics are OK, despite being slow, but the PROBLEM IS THE LACK OF INTRUMENTS. ITS 4 MINUTES. VERY. PAINFUL. 2.5/10

Jornada Del Muerto: So...another filler. Lyrics are iffy. The Intruments honestly tries to be better. But still, its a little lacking. 4/10

Waiting For The End: With a name like this, you expect something badass again. Shredding guitars, shouting, catchy, and EPIC. But it's something completly different. It starts off with sort of a happy feel to it. But it turns out there is alot of emotion in it. This song makes me remind of people living in the internment camp. I...like it. 9/10

Blackout: Holy crap! Chester screaming like the good ol' Hybrid Theory and Meteora days?! OK, this comes a little bit closer too their older style. 8.5/10

Wretches And Kings: Starts off the voice from The Radiance, then gets too the song itself. I'm suprised, no fillers yet. This song makes me think of a bunch of people starting a protest or something. 8/10

Wisdom, Justice, and Love: Oh my god...another filler. This one just creeps me out. Its the voice from Radiance again, and it slowly grows robotic. This makes me think of people praying in a church while the war is going on, and then it gets wiped out. 5/10

Iridescent: This song...is very beutifull. I actually used this song in my Getting To Level 73 Maplestory video during the ending. It's very moving. 9.7/10

Fallout: YOU SON OF A...! ANOTHER FILLER. This is a very iffy filler, with lackluster lyrics and lack of sound. Makes me think of a bomb falling onto the city from the war and is completly in ashes. 2/10

The Catalyst: This song is awesome. Being at 5 minutes, you expect it too be torture, but it isn't. I loved this song the first time I listened to it. While I was just emotionlessly listening too all the songs, this song came and i'm like WOAH! You can say this is were the people who survived the atomic bomb rebuild themselfs. 9.6/10

The Messenger: This is where peace finally arives from the war. This song is very moving to me. It sounds like a song you would hear a chorus in a church singing. Ahhh...so beutifull. 9/10

Overall: 6.4

...I think I get it now. Why...A Thousand Suns is more then an album. It's a album that tells a story that tries to send a powerful message to everyone.

HOWEVER. There is a difference between changing style...AND MAKING 6 MOTHERFUDGING FILLERS! I mean...I understand Linkin Park is currently experimenting and being more open at changing with their style, thats fine. Actually, Linkin Park is one of the most diverse bands I listened too. In fact, when a 5th album comes out, I expect something completly different.

Their becoming more distant from their older style, which kind of disapoints me. I would be more then happy too see them return too their old work too make another amazing album. I grew up with those albums. Like..when people say "A Thousand Suns sucks", I can't argue with that, people have their different tastes in music. If they say "A Thousand Suns sucks compared too Hyrbid Theory" I can't really argue with that at all.

Remember, what ever they make, their still Linkin Park.
